Abstract

Employee performance is defined as the behavior of individuals in an organization both qualitatively and quantitatively, in accordance with the authority, duties and responsibilities of the organization for the work assigned to avoid actions that could damage the organization. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of organizational commitment, organizational justice and work stress on employee performance at the Canggu Traditional Village LPD. The research population was all LPD employees of the Canggu Traditional Village. The sample in this research was 35 Canggu Traditional Village LPD employees, using a sampling technique, namely the census technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The data collection methods used in this research are observation, documentation study, interviews and questionnaires. The results of this research show that organizational commitment to employee performance at the Canggu Traditional Village LPD, organizational justice towards employee performance at the Canggu Traditional Village LPD and work stress on employee performance at the Canggu Traditional Village LPD. Future research can develop this research by using other variables which theoretically have an influence on employee performance.
