Abstract

The eligibility and achievement standards for participants participating in
internships outside Indonesia are tailored to the goals of the internship organizer. The
scope of internship achievements is usually tailored to the circumstances of the
company hosting the internship. Broadly speaking, internships aim to develop
individual competencies, apply theoretical concepts to actual work practices, develop
soft skills, especially communication and interpersonal relationships, and foster the
ability to solve problems independently, make decisions, and be accountable for them.
