PENGARUH MANAJEMEN SDM BERKELANJUTAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI RAMAH LINGKUNGAN, DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL HIJAU TERHADAP KINERJA LINGKUNGAN PERUSAHAAN DI KOTA SURABAYA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) berkelanjutan, budaya organisasi hijau, dan kepemimpinan transformasional hijau terhadap kinerja lingkungan perusahaan di Kota Surabaya. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan survei terhadap 100 manajer SDM perusahaan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja lingkungan perusahaan. SDM berkelanjutan berkontribusi melalui manajemen yang mendukung keberlanjutan, sementara budaya organisasi hijau memperkuat komitmen kolektif terhadap tujuan keberlanjutan. Kepemimpinan transformasional hijau terbukti menjadi katalis penting yang mendorong inovasi dan perilaku pro-lingkungan di semua tingkatan organisasi. Temuan ini tidak hanya memperkuat teori keberlanjutan dalam literatur akademis, tetapi juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan mereka. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya strategi terintegrasi untuk menciptakan dampak keberlanjutan yang signifikan dalam konteks lokal Kota Surabaya.
