This study aims to examine the influence of sustainable human resource
management (HRM), green organizational culture, and green transformational
leadership on the environmental performance of companies in Surabaya City. A
quantitative approach was used with a survey of 100 corporate HR managers
selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using multiple
linear regression to evaluate the relationship between variables. The results showed
that the three independent variables had a significant influence on the company's
environmental performance. Sustainable HRM contributes through management
that supports sustainability, while green organizational culture strengthens
collective commitment to sustainability goals. Green transformational leadership
proved to be an important catalyst that drives innovation and pro-environmental behavior at all levels of the organization. These findings not only reinforce
sustainability theory in academic literature, but also provide practical guidance for
companies to improve their environmental performance. This research highlights
the importance of an integrated strategy to create significant sustainability impact
in the local context of Surabaya City.
