Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Karyawan P.T. Agrcon Putra Citra Optima (Terminix) Bali Tahun 2019
Abstract
Aim :This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian leadership style and work discipline on employee performance. The research conducted at this research was conducted at PT. Agricon Puta Citra Optima (Terminix) having its address at Jalan Bay Pass Ngurah Rai, Housing Kuta Permai I, No. 3, Kuta, Badung - Bali.
Method :The population in this study were the employees of P.T. Agricon Putra Citra Optima / Terminix about 110 people with sample of 52 employees. Data collected using questionnaire method.
Finding :The results of the study found that, 1) the Authoritarian Leadership Style has negative and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 and the value of t arithmetic> t table (6,270> 2,009) and the coefficient value was negative -0,299. 2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Motivation with a significant value of 0.005 <0.05 and a t count value> t table (2.913> 2.009) and a coefficient value of positive value 0.313. 3) Work Discipline and Authoritarian Leadership Style simultaneously influence the work motivation of employees with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05 and F count> F table (29,220> 4,03).
