Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Kerja Kaizen Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Abacus Cash Solution Bali

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and Kaizen work culture on employee performance. The location in this study was conducted at PT. Abacus Cash Solution Bali. The population in this study amounted to 216 employees at PT. Abacus Cash Solution Bali, the sampling technique used in this study uses the Slovin formula so that the sample becomes 68 respondents. This research was conducted with quantitative methods. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 22.0 for windows. The results showed that, the leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 and the value of t arithmetic> t table (11,732> 1,997) and the coefficient value was positive 0,815. The Kaizen Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 and the value of t count> t table (7,297> 1,997) and the coefficient value is positive 0,812. Leadership style and Kaizen work culture simultaneously influence employee performance with a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 and F count> F table (83,319> 3,99).
